Michalis is a Portfolio Manager in the Company. Before joining the Company, he worked for 10 years in Santander Asset Management (London) as a Multi Asset Senior Portfolio Manager and UBS Investment Bank (London) as an Equity Research Analyst / Product Manager. Michalis also worked at Deloitte in Cyprus as a Private Wealth Advisor and various other hedge funds earlier in his career. Michalis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Manchester and a Master’s degree in International Economics, Banking and Finance from Cardiff University. He is a CFA Charterholder and holder of the CySEC Advanced Certification.

Vasiliki is the Head of Backoffice & Client Services of the Company. Before joining the Company, she worked for 2.5 years at Blackrock as Trade Operations Analyst, and 1.5 years at State Street Bank and Trust as Global Services Operations Specialist, both roles in Scotland. Vasiliki has a degree in International European and Economic Studies from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s degree in Energy Studies with Specialisation in Oil and Gas Economics from the University of Dundee. She is also holder of CySEC Advanced Certification.

Omeros is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Company. Before joining the Company, he worked as a Portfolio Manager at Carne Group in Luxembourg and at eToro. Omeros also has experience in the Operational Due Diligence and Risk departments at Albourne Partners, as well as in the Operations department at AJK Wealth early in his career. Omeros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Master’s degree in Financial Services from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. He is also a holder of the CySEC Advanced Certification.

Christina is a Portfolio Manager in the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Christina worked as a client relationship and accounting assistant manager at Fiducitrust Services Limited, and as a Deals Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was involved in a variety of special projects, including financial due diligence, banking and corporate finance, across various industries. Christina is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and she is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. Christina holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and she is also a holder of CySEC Advanced Certification.

Kyriacos is a Fund Administration Manager and Valuation Specialist in the Company. He is a qualified certified chartered accountant, fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA), and member of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Cyprus. He is also a holder of CySEC Advanced Certification and CySEC AML Certification. He has accumulated valuable experience over 7 years working in a well-known Firms within Cyprus's accounting, tax, audit, and assurance sectors. In the last 3 years he worked as Compliance and Fund Administration Manager in Ledra Management Ltd. Kyriacos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with specialisation in Accounting, from University of Cyprus.

Christoforos is Legal Compliance Officer at MFO, advising on the structuring, launch and regulatory operation of alternative investment funds and UCITS. He is admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association since 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class) from the University of Manchester and a Master of Laws in Corporate and Securities Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining MFO, he spent seven years practising in Luxembourg in the investment funds teams of leading international law firms DLA Piper and CMS, advising sponsors, fund managers and investors on fund structuring and regulatory matters across the fund lifecycle, with particular expertise in partnership structures.

Nicolas is a finance graduate with a solid foundation in investment analysis and quantitative methods. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Econometrics from the University of Nottingham. Nicolas recently passed the CFA Level I exam and gained practical exposure to financial markets and financial modelling. His academic work focused on topics such as asset pricing, corporate finance and econometrics, providing him with a rigorous analytical background suited for roles in portfolio management and investment research. He is also a holder of CySEC Advanced Certification.
